Manage a team of 4-5 designers. As the demand increases, this team is expected to grow to around 20 members.
Regularly review the deliverables for accuracy and thoroughness
Ensures renderings are in compliance to the company and design standards as well as project comments

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field from an accredited university, preferably Graduate of BS Architecture
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role with the 3D rendering industry, prefer real estate and interior design rendering.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in team management
Proficiency in key tools such as Photoshop, 3DS Max, Blender, REVIT, Sketch up,... and other relevant software is a must.
Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, organized, efficient team player with a can-do positive attitude, and time management skills
