Job Description

岗位职责：

根据公司业务发展和销售团队实际情况，开展培训需求调研，制定年度和阶段性培训计划。
负责销售类培训课程的开发、优化与更新，包括产品知识、销售技巧、客户沟通、网点业务流程等内容。
独立组织并实施各类培训（线上/线下），确保培训效果达到预期。
跟进培训项目的反馈与效果评估，持续完善课程体系与培训方式。
与销售中心、运营中心及相关部门保持沟通，将一线需求及时转化为培训内容。
参与新人培训体系搭建，推动销售岗位人才培养标准化、体系化。
完成上级交办的其他培训与销售赋能相关工作。

Job Requirement

任职要求：

大学及以上学历，培训、人力资源、市场营销、物流管理等相关专业优先。
1–3 年以上企业培训或销售赋能相关经验，有快递、物流行业经验者优先考虑。
熟悉销售流程及业务运营模式，能将业务场景转化为培训内容。
具备良好的课程开发能力、授课能力与现场组织能力。
具备优秀的沟通表达能力、逻辑思维能力及跨部门协作能力。
抗压能力强，具备良好的学习能力与责任心。
熟练使用 PPT、Excel、视频工具等办公软件，有一定视觉呈现能力者更佳。
越中双语能力（中英越三语更佳）。

加分项： 1. 有快递行业网点、销售代表、销售支持背景 2. 有独立搭建培训体系或大型项目培训经验
