Job Description

岗位职责:

  1. 根据公司业务发展和销售团队实际情况,开展培训需求调研,制定年度和阶段性培训计划。
  2. 负责销售类培训课程的开发、优化与更新,包括产品知识、销售技巧、客户沟通、网点业务流程等内容。
  3. 独立组织并实施各类培训(线上/线下),确保培训效果达到预期。
  4. 跟进培训项目的反馈与效果评估,持续完善课程体系与培训方式。
  5. 与销售中心、运营中心及相关部门保持沟通,将一线需求及时转化为培训内容。
  6. 参与新人培训体系搭建,推动销售岗位人才培养标准化、体系化。
  7. 完成上级交办的其他培训与销售赋能相关工作。

Job Requirement

任职要求:

  1. 大学及以上学历,培训、人力资源、市场营销、物流管理等相关专业优先。
  2. 1–3 年以上企业培训或销售赋能相关经验,有快递、物流行业经验者优先考虑。
  3. 熟悉销售流程及业务运营模式,能将业务场景转化为培训内容。
  4. 具备良好的课程开发能力、授课能力与现场组织能力。
  5. 具备优秀的沟通表达能力、逻辑思维能力及跨部门协作能力。
  6. 抗压能力强,具备良好的学习能力与责任心。
  7. 熟练使用 PPT、Excel、视频工具等办公软件,有一定视觉呈现能力者更佳。
  8. 越中双语能力(中英越三语更佳)。

加分项: 1. 有快递行业网点、销售代表、销售支持背景 2. 有独立搭建培训体系或大型项目培训经验
