Job Description

Handle the tracking and handling of any direct or indirect procedures needed for customs clearance of express/project goods (when necessary).
Carry out processing of documents and papers during customs clearance of goods.
Supporting and advising customers on the customs clearance process, consult and share customs clearance procedures, import-export tax & duties; regulation in import-export field;
Work and communicate closely with agent/forwarders and service companies on booking procedures, transportation, customs clearance of import and export declarations...
Coordinate and support other departments in issues related to import and export of goods ( Express cargo /air cargo…)
Be familiar with the process of declaring electronic customs on the ECUS VNACCS customs software.
Receiving and resolving complaints from customers and related departments.
Make weekly, monthly reports and others as required;
Other tasks related to import and export of goods as required by managers.

Graduated from business universities or have good background of logistics field (Knowledge of express delivery procedures is advantageous).
Experience handle customs clearance for express cargo/general cargo… (Field customs clearance experience is advantageous).
Minimum from 02 years of relevant working experience.
Good communication, ability to organize ,strong problem-solving skills (English/ Know Chinese language is advantageous).
Good computer skill.
Ability to adapt and work effectively within a variety of situation; ability to work under high pressure.
Ability to quickly negotiate with customers, agents, customs authorities.
Honest, proactive, teamwork highly responsible at work.
