POSITION: ERP/ SAP Application Support Supervisor (Business Information Services)
- Work location: District 4, HCMC
- Report to: Application Support Manager
JOB PURPOSE:
• ERP/SAP supervisor provides analysis and support for end-to-end processes of Order to Cash, Material Management, Production Planning and all other integrations from and to ERP/SAP ECC system.
• Warehouse support's main tasks are to accelerate warehouse automation, process standardization and continuous process improvements through quality warehousing innovations powered by SAP HANA with RPA and AI technologies.
• Working closely with ERP/SAP Foundation Team to provide all stakeholders and end users the highest level of support on all SAP system requirements while ensuring its availability and stability by timely and efficient monitoring.
• Coordinating and analysis new requirements and supporting production reports. Ensure platform is stable and optimized regularly, platform covers ERP/SAP BW, SAP BOBJ , SAP SLT and SAP HANA.
• Be a part of Client Integration Services to analyst for client projects involving local/regional reports and interfaces (LCRI). Its also responsible for the development and testing of these reports and interfaces for regional and local projects
• Supporting Financial reporting and working closely with Finance team to provide essential tools necessary for achieving accurate financial data needed for management planning, better decision making and statutory reporting. necessary tools focusing on efficiency, dependability, and reliability while observing compliance and control.
• Following Employee Systems supports implementation of HR digital transformations covering Payroll (SAP HCM) and Talent Management (Employee Central, Compensation, Performance Management, Rewards & Recognition, Learning, and Rewards and Recognition) platforms.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. End-users Support Management
- Assist in the development of user training materials and delivery for SIT (System Integration Test)/UAT (User Acceptance Test).
- Support testing plan and conduct SIT/UAT perform.
- Support data conversion activities related to the establishment of master data and balances.
- Support and manage the process of manual data updates to the user-maintained tables needed for testing and production.
2. Technical Support and Maintenance
- Perform and configure ERP/SAP systems as per business request and develop test cases to ensure that functionality works as per functional and technical design specifications.
- Do monitoring and supporting for specific ERP/SAP functions including Integration, automation services (RPA: Robotic Process Automation, EDI: Electronic data interchange, API: Application Programming Interface,..).
- Manage, follow and report incidents, service requests and change requests by SLAs (Service Level Agreement)
- Ensure all problems, issues to be analyzed and identified root causes, work closely with other technical functions, 3rd parties to provide solutions properly.
3. Business Process Improvement
- Analyst and facilitate ongoing system & process enhancements as part of the future program releases and ongoing business evolution.

• Bachelor's degree in related fields (Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Economics,...)
• At least 5 years in Information Technology with minimum of 3 years’ experience of Senior role.
• Strong business processes and knowledge with ERP (OTC, MM/PP, MDG, Warehouse/Inventory, Finance…), experience in SAP/Pharmaceutical is an advantage.
• At least 2 years with ERP/systems and applications design and testing methodology and standards.
• At least 3 years with ERP/systems and applications maintenance and support methodology and standards.
• Fluent in writing and speaking English
• Customer services, communication and problems solving skills

• Ability to work independently and with others (Teamwork)
• Extremely organized with strong time-management skill.
• Proactive and open minded.
