General Accountant

· Perform general accounting tasks: Consolidate, verify, and reconcile data from detailed accounting departments.
· Control and analyze costs: Monitor expenses and profits, proposing improvement solutions.

· Manage tax records: Ensure full compliance with tax obligations (VAT, CIT, PIT, etc.) and address issues with tax authorities.
· Support HR Tasks: Monthly payroll, PIT and SHUI.

· Support audits and reporting: Collaborate with internal or external audit units as needed.

· Prepare and Submit: Quarterly and Annual Statistical, Investment, and State Bank Reports

· Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related fields.

· Experience: At least 1-3 years in a general accountant or equivalent role.

· Preference for candidates with an understanding of cost structure, experience in European companies and involvement in HR-related tasks.

· Knowledge: Proficient in Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and international standards (IFRS is an advantage).

· Languages: Basic English communication skills and ability to work with English documents.

· Software skills: Proficient in accounting software (Misa, ERP, etc.) and office applications (Excel, Word).

Salary and Benefits

· Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications and experience.

· Working hours: Office hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and alternate Saturdays.
