Job Description

  • Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance and expertise on all HR-related matters
  • Oversee the day-to-day HR operations. Strong at Performance Management.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with the organization's business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address workforce needs, such as recruitment, training, and succession planning
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations in both the Manufacturing and Services industries
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes employee engagement and well-being

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HRBP or HR Supervisor
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement
