- Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospective customers (administratively)
- Conduct market research on targeted customers
- Report findings in standardized format
- Provide timely, accurate and consistent reports on findings to US team
- Develop, acquire and mature new customer businesses for ALS
- Proactive communication with customers and ALS teams to develop professional relationships
- Establish and maintain a high quality prospect list including contact details, events, pain points, etc.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop action plans to meet the needs of the company and its customers
- Develop and maintain professional sales presentations (.ppt, .pdf, etc.) for prospective customers and make recommendations based on customer feedback to improve value propositions
- Maintain excellent written communication with prospective customers
- Support ALS team in reporting on various initiatives, performance goals related to sales, prospecting, profitability, etc.
- Demonstrate the company’s core and growth values in performance of all job functions
