YOUR JOBS:

A. 20% Digital Content Creation

• Brainstorm, create and transform ideas into various types of content for all digital platforms through the customer journey to generate leads.
• Research and analyze brands, competitors & customer information to produce an improved quality of content.

B. 20% Partnership Management

• Manage and keep an ongoing relationship with current partners and constantly offer new ways to grow the relationship
• Create a partnership framework for each partner we’re currently working with as well as a detailed action plan.

C. 30% Communication, Project Management & Report

• Maintain a pipeline of priorities and provide weekly updates to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
• Creating roadmaps, laying down clear action plans, and managing the day-to-day execution of those plans by coordinating between internal and partner teams.
• Responsible for planning and tracking projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

D. 30% Execute Activations

• Collaborate with Top Management and other relative departments to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships. Identifies and resolves issues and risks
• Define project schedules, and technology solutions, finalize the process and monitor progress together with the internal team
• Ensuring agreements signed are implemented and monitor progress and make adjustment

• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a thorough understanding of systems and processes.
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
