ClassNK offers a broad range of services that encompass every aspect of ship classification from the approval of vessel and machinery plans to the survey and registration of the ship and ship installations, approval of materials, equipment and outfitting gear, as well as the assessment and registration of ship safety management systems and security systems.

Job requirements

- Survey at HD Hyundai Vietnam Shipbuilding Co., Ltd (HVS)

- Our job performance is during Construction - New shipbuilding ship surveys at the shipyard.

1. Block inspection

2. Inspection of election joint of hull construction

3. Fit up inspection

4. Air test of hull compartment

5. Pressure & leak test of piping system, Installation of Machinery & out-fitting equipment and Performance test of equipments

6. Negotiation with yard QC and owner superintendent

** The type of contract: Definite term contract (2 (Two) years from the contract)

Job Requirement

Years of experience: more than 5 years

EDUCATIONS

TOEIC or IELTS
Graduated from Naval Architecture, Vietnam Maritime University
Experience on QC at shipyard
Certificate qualified other IACS Class (if any)

Technical and professional skills

Inspect Hull items (Block, Pre- Erection, Erection joint ,LSA,…), welding quality inspection
Good command in office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, …)
Fluent in reading, writing & speaking English is preferred
