Act as the key operational contact between SF and client, maintaining close communication with client's relevant teams.
Understand VinFast's logistics requirements, shipment plans and operational priorities.
Coordinate and align client's orders across SF entities in Vietnam, China, Indonesia and India.
Consolidate and monitor shipment information to ensure all parties are aligned with customer requirements and schedules.
Proactively identify operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams to provide timely solutions.
Shipment & Operation Management
Oversee and monitor the end-to-end shipment process, covering both Air Freight and Sea Freight.
Coordinate with CS, Operation and other relevant teams in different countries to ensure shipments are handled smoothly and delivered according to agreed schedules.
Follow up on shipment status, exceptions, delays and operational issues, and ensure timely escalation and resolution.
Ensure accurate and timely communication of shipment information between VinFast and SF entities.
Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve service quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Cross-functional & Cross-country Coordination
Work closely with SF Vietnam, SF China, SF Indonesia, SF India and other relevant SF entities to ensure seamless cross-border operations.
Coordinate with Customer Service, Operations, Sales, Warehouse, Customs and other internal functions when required.
Establish effective communication and escalation mechanisms among different teams and entities.
Support the implementation of operational processes and service improvements for the VinFast account.
Reporting & Performance Management
Prepare regular operational updates, shipment reports and issue summaries for management.
Monitor key operational KPIs, service performance and customer requirements.
Escalate critical operational issues and provide recommendations to management.
Job Requirement
4. REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, Transportation or related fields.
At least 7–8 years of relevant experience in the Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry.
Strong experience in both Air Freight and Sea Freight operations is required.
Proven experience in managing key accounts or large-scale customers is highly preferred.
Experience working with automotive customers / automotive supply chains is a strong advantage.
Experience in multinational logistics organizations and cross-border operations is preferred.
