Handle customer requirements indicated in Standard Operating Procedure (SOP): Timely & amicable settlement of customer issues.
Perform day to day arrangement and handle customer request under Order Export Handling Team, Proactively informs customer on shipment status, exceptions and provides intermediate updates on incident solution, ensure standards for submitting orders to relevant departments
Every day track orders that have not been successfully picked up and find out the reasons and analyze them
Optimize and improve processes throughout the work process
Create SOP for new process
Check & make sure that clear and correct details are received from the customer at the booking system.
Coordinate with relevant parties (Customer/Courier/Truck driver/Vender CS....) to arrange Booking/Trucking.
Help customer update information in the ICRM system after confirm
Provide shipping advice as per the Customer’s SOP/Request.
Generate necessary reports and information for team leader: Information is accurate and timely.
Coordinate with overseas office to smooth operation: smooth and timely correspondence, and smooth service delivery/checking import regulation......
Analysis on PU main KPI for continuous improvement.
Involvement with company operation manual developments and updating.
Pull incident data to produce analytical reports, as requested.
Other assignments as per the Team Leader's request.

Male
Experienced in customs
Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English
Background in Economics, Logistics, or Analytics
Possesses a good attitude, hardworking, and eager to learn
Capable of negotiating effectively with customers in short calls
Proficient in MS Office
Experience working in the operations department of one of the Big 3 (DHL, TNT, FedEx, or UPS)
