The Order Processing Associate handles the order received and placement within the company and all related Order Processing activities, managing receivable and payable, customer on boarding, legal documents, payment term negotiation, leadtime negotiation between the customer and supplier, also making sure that the internal systems especially the SAP are updated in time and consistently.
• Order processing and customer maintenance.
• Ensure that customers receive goods timely and accurately, and file the orders regularly.
• Work effectively with Logisitic company, Customers and Suppliers on Logisitic Arrangements.
• Arrange receivables regularly, handles settlement and payment collection and related matters
• Check and update customer credit information and product sales price to ensure that it is carried out according to company regulations and pricing system
• Handle returns in time, sort out return files regularly, submit statistical reports and report to the order processing manager
Job Requirement
• Bachelor's degree.
• Extensive experience in order processing and office softwares
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and proficiency in Vietnamese, Chinese languages is an added advantage.
• Experience in Logisitc Services, Import and Export Regulations
