The Partnership Manager is responsible for overseeing both tangible and intangible aspects of partnership management at PNJ. This includes leading teams in managing payment and non-payment partners, building relationships with high-level partners, and organizing VIP events. The role requires strategic vision, leadership skills, and the ability to cultivate strong partnerships that align with PNJ’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership:
• Lead and manage the partnership team, which is divided into two key areas:
+ Payment and Non-Payment Partners: Supervise the team responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with both payment and non-payment partners.
+ Intangible Relations: Manage guest relations and event management, ensuring successful engagement with high-class partners and the organization of VIP events.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure the effective execution of strategies and initiatives.
2. Partnership Strategy Development:
• Develop and implement partnership strategies that align with PNJ’s long-term business objectives.
• Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities to drive growth and increase value for the company.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to negotiate partnership terms and secure mutually beneficial agreements.
3. Guest Relations:
• Establish and maintain relationships with high-class partners, fostering long-term collaboration and trust.
• Organize and participate in high-profile networking events to enhance PNJ’s reputation and strengthen key partnerships.
4. Event Management:
• Oversee the planning and execution of VIP events and engagements with high-class partners, ensuring a seamless experience that reflects PNJ’s brand and values.
• Collaborate with external vendors, venues, and stakeholders to ensure the success of these events.
5. Performance Tracking and KPIs:
• Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for both payment/non-payment partnerships and intangible relations.
• Regularly assess partnership performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
