Pricing and Customer Service Staff

Responsible for commercial support (sales function) :

• handling customer inquiries & complaints
• RFQ (Tender) Management & on-line bidding if required
• adhoc quotation handling
• contract renew
• acting as a key customer contact for pricing & coordinate with the subsidiaries of SF & external sources/venders for the scheduling & shipping if needed.
• Assist with the subsidiaries of SF & external sources/venders to smoothen the operation if needed.
• monthly sales (revenue) report preparation

Skills Required:

* knowledge of international trade, transportation & the relevant laws, regulations, process & procedures;

* Fluent in written & spoken English;

* Mandarin skill will be preferred if have

Experience & Qualifications:

* 2 years working experience in logistics industry with operation background

* which also have the experience in sales admin/key account will be highly considered in first
