Sample testing and analyzing
• Perform inspection of raw material, products in-process.
• Perform testing of our finished products and competitive products
Baking and Testing reports
• Prepare testing daily report per batch which should be submitted to QC Manager in 24 hours.
• Confirm information report from Baking Technician.
• Assign Baking Technicians to receive flour sample for testing depend on the purpose of each of flour.
• Supervise the Sample Records received from internal or competitors.
• Evaluate or determine the quality of tested flour via end-products
• Timely submit to QC Manager on every case involved
Technical Support and product quality
• Technical support to customer
• Coordinate with Sales Technical Team to take care and give the best advice to end-users
• Frequently support and guide Marketing Executive about Technical Skills at Mill Bakery
Equipment Maintenance
• Control the consumption of bakery materials, additives, & chemicals inside the Bakery Section - Supervise Baking Technicians to make up the mixture of chemicals or additives at allowable & stipulated quantity.
• Record all in-out raw materials at section properly.
• Recommend QA-QC Senior Manager to effectively use any improvers, additives or chemicals for bakery performance on end-products
Coordinate in Training
• Guide, train to new staff.
• Train subordinates the technical skills of bakery.
• Update & guide the knowledge of chemicals, additives & improvers in baking industry.
• Initiate the training at site via the system of reporting & Baking testing on end-products.
• Propose any further training from internal or externals centers related to the skills of flour milling technique.
• Encourage & motivate Baking staffs to develop their technical skills & higher education.
• Stimulate subordinates working cooperatively, actively, carefully, and ensure the technical data committed confidentially.
• Not allowed to have any damages of bakery devices & equipment caused by negligence
Manage, Supervise, assign duties
• Supervise wheat flour, additive sample receiving.
• Supervise Bakery room activity
• Supervise Baking Technician.
• Do attendance record.
• Assign Baking Technicians on start working
• Make order (ingredients, chemical…)
Develop and research new products
• Research and develop current additive & new additive defend product and market.
• Searching and researching new additives, dosage for product with lowest cost.
• Research and develop new products based on customer.
• Research and develop new products via documentary which was trained.
• College/ University degree, major in Food Technology/ Baking
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably experience working in a foreign-invested enterprise
• English Skill - Intermediate
• Good computer literacy
• Advanced technical skills and in-depth knowledge of the LAB
• In-depth knowledge of bakery
• Sound knowledge of different baking techniques.
• Proficiency with bakery equipment and technology.
