* This position will be temporarily working in LEGO Training Facility (Eastern International University - Binh Duong) & fully relocated to VSIP3 by early 2025. Shuttle buses are provided from HCMC & Bien Hoa City.
Core Responsibilities:
• Execute production tasks as directed by supervisors.
• Ensure work quality and comply with safety rules.
• Handle materials, set up lines, perform quality control, and manage finished products.
• Fold boxes, insert components, and pack products manually and automatically.
• Calibrate and maintain production equipment, ensuring efficient operation and quality control.
• Escalate safety, quality, or operational issues to the line manager.
• Coordinate operators, ensuring team safety and smooth machine operation.
• Practice cost awareness and waste reduction.
• Train and assist less skilled operators.
• Complete tasks assigned by leaders.
• Support change-over activities.
• Train others in technical knowledge and troubleshooting.
• Adhere to 5S and safety standards.
• Proactively solve production and equipment issues.

This position is responsible to maintain the daily operation with safety, quality and ontime delivery to fulfill the high flexibility of demand from customers.
Do you have what it takes?
• High school, vocational school, college, or university education.
• Minimum 2 years of production experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork ethic.
• Technical background preferred.
• Strong discipline and adherence to company rules.
