1. Receive the purchasing request from related departments
2. Sourcing & select suitable suppliers
3. Prepare purchasing contracts
4. Create and follow up the Purchase Orders
5. Ensure the purchased commodities in accordance with requested quality, quantities and timelines
6. Be responsible for controlling, updating and maintaining the related purchasing documents & records.
7. Handling the complaints of company to suppliers.
8. Collect & make payment proposal for paying to suppliers
Job Requirement
Education: Bachelor degree in Economics, Business Administration, English Language, Supply chain, Logistic,... or related majors.
Experience: At least 1 year experience in similar position. Candidates with experience in international purchasing and familiarity with Customs processes for imported items are preferred.
