1.Establish quality control plan and ensure the QC team is adhered to it
2.Establish QC inspection checklist for each production process, including the identification of CTQ (Critical to Quality) data to be collected for analysis
3.Based on production and shipment schedule to establish QC inspection schedules, the prioritized list of products for inspection must be highlighted.
4.Conduct daily QC meeting to go through technical drawing, ECR, quality callout / customers claims / quality requirements / quality notes from handover meeting for products to be inspected for the day.
5.Establish work instruction for QC inspection and supervise its implementation.
6.Deploy to QC team to implement any new quality or technical requirements for the product.

8.Identify QC’s gaps, establish QC training plan and conduct the training courses accordingly.
9.Participate in the root cause investigation process for quality call-out, customer claims.
10.Participate in product handover meetings.
11.Participate in customer’s quality audit, sample review, quality inspection
12.Participating in establishing quality standard.
13.Control the validity, calibration status of QC’s measuring tools
14.Other tasks assigned by QA/QC Director
1.Education:Technical College / University
2.Foreign Language: English skills – Good in writing and reading, basic in speaking and listening.
3.Computer Skill: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook Emails
4.Related Knowledge:At least 05-year experiences in quality supervisor / team leader in furniture industry
5.Related Skills:
-Good communication and presentation skills
-Good analysis and problem-solving skill
-Internal auditor / Lead auditor for ISO900:2015 is preferred
-Able to use 07 QC tools.
