Receive recruitment needs from departments to develop monthly, quarterly, and annual hiring plans that ensure staffing requirements are met.
Execute recruitment activities through channels such as social media, recruitment services, and job fairs to build a talent pool and fill necessary positions.
Participate in the interview and screening process to select candidates who are a good fit for the job and company culture.
Handle recruitment procedures like issuing offer letters, probation contracts, and supporting new employee onboarding to ensure a smooth and professional process.
Collaborate with department heads to plan and manage the recruitment budget, ensuring cost-effective hiring.
Plan for talent succession to ensure long-term company growth and stability.
Support employer branding development to attract and retain the right talent for the company.
Develop and refine recruitment policies, processes, and forms to improve management and evaluation efficiency.
2. Internal Communications:
Support the design and implementation of communication strategies and initiatives.
Brainstorm and assist in organizing internal events such as monthly staff breaks, company trips, Union events, etc.
3. Additional Tasks:
Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports as required.
Assist with related activities and perform other tasks assigned by line manager.
Work Location: IDOPlex, TT16, Tam Dao, Ward 15, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City.
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM); two Saturdays off per month.

At least 2 years related experience with mass recruitment (Sales position) is a plus
