Survey stores, gather product information and prices to report in regular meetings, and assess market demand to provide feedback on OEM product designs.
Prepare reports, analyze, and present business performance results.
Develop strategic business plans for the sales department.
Oversee the activities of the sales department to ensure business plans and collaborations with customers and partners are on schedule and effective.
Set KPI for sales team and make sure that sales team will reach that KPI.
Establish and manage networks with partners, customers, and service providers.
Prepare proposals and quotations to send to clients (product documents, marketing materials, etc.).
Engage with customers, understand their needs and feedback to offer solutions.
Drive sales through various sales channels, customer acquisition, and business negotiations.
Organize and participate in sales exhibitions, product trial sales events.
Report to Japanese superiors.
Job Requirement
Proficient in Japanese or English.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in a Japanese company.
Preferably with experience in the Retail, wholesale, FMCG industry
