Senior Customer Segmentation Specialist

Responsible for developing customer segmentation strategies, analyzing user behavior, and optimizing marketing and product performance through the application of data, segmentation models, and customer insights to drive growth, optimize costs, and enhance Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).

• Develop and manage customer segmentation models based on behavior, risk, CLV, and engagement levels, ensuring alignment with marketing, risk, product, and customer lifecycle strategies.

• Support Marketing and Product strategies by advising on target segments for acquisition, reactivation, and loyalty campaigns; providing insights to develop suitable credit products for each customer segment; and collaborating with the Digital team to optimize content, creatives, and customer journeys by segment.

• Build and optimize analytical models by applying customer clustering, cohort analysis, predictive scoring, look-alike modeling, and response/propensity modeling; monitor model performance and recommend improvements.

• Develop customer validation and insight activities to better understand customer behavior; test the effectiveness of creatives and strategies to optimize marketing performance and achieve KPIs and business objectives.

• Identify and adopt new technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of customer marketing and analytics initiatives.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by Management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, Fintech, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years experienced in segmentation and analytics
• Language requirements: English – fluent
• Understanding of customer segmentation, CLV, and basic machine learning
• Experience working with CRM platforms, CDP, marketing automation, and BI tools
