      Job Description

      • Oversee daily sea, air, and land freight operations, especially project and complex cargo.
        Giám sát hoạt động vận chuyển đường biển, hàng không và đường bộ, đặc biệt là hàng dự án và hàng phức tạp.
      • Plan and manage transportation schedules from booking to final delivery.
        Lập kế hoạch và quản lý lịch trình vận chuyển từ booking đến giao hàng cuối cùng.
      • Coordinate route surveys, special permits, heavy-lift equipment, and customs clearance.
        Phối hợp khảo sát tuyến, giấy phép đặc biệt, thiết bị nâng hạ và thủ tục hải quan.
      • Lead and support Operations, CS, and Documentation teams; act as backup for OPM when required.
        Quản lý và hỗ trợ đội ngũ Operations, CS và Documentation; thay thế OPM khi cần.
      • Coordinate with overseas agents, carriers, shipping lines, and local vendors; negotiate rates and service contracts.
        Phối hợp với đại lý nước ngoài, hãng vận chuyển, hãng tàu và nhà cung cấp; đàm phán giá cước và hợp đồng dịch vụ.
      • Handle customer escalations, complaints, and urgent operational issues.
        Xử lý escalation, khiếu nại khách hàng và các vấn đề vận hành khẩn cấp.
      • Ensure compliance with customs, international trade, AMS/ISF, and dangerous goods requirements.
        Đảm bảo tuân thủ quy định hải quan, thương mại quốc tế, AMS/ISF và hàng nguy hiểm.
      • Monitor project costs, KPIs, P&L, and prepare operational/financial reports.
        Theo dõi chi phí dự án, KPI, P&L và lập báo cáo vận hành/tài chính.

      Job Requirement

      • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related fields.
        Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Logistics, Supply Chain, Kinh doanh quốc tế hoặc liên quan.
      • 6–8+ years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or import-export.
        Có 6–8+ năm kinh nghiệm trong freight forwarding, logistics hoặc xuất nhập khẩu.
      • Project cargo / heavy-lift / multimodal experience is preferred.
        Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm hàng dự án, hàng siêu trường siêu trọng hoặc vận tải đa phương thức.
      • Strong leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and crisis-management skills.
        Có kỹ năng quản lý đội nhóm, đàm phán, giải quyết vấn đề và xử lý khủng hoảng tốt.
      • Fluent English; Chinese is an advantage.
        Tiếng Anh thành thạo; tiếng Trung là lợi thế.
