Job Description

Understanding well the existing business functionalities on current CRM systems and satellite systems
Understanding the issue raised by Business users, working with other teams to collection information, handling the issue, able to configure and check production system, working with vendor to delivery the fix
Taking responsibility to deploy the change on production system (working with vendor)
Daily administration support task
System monitoring and stability
Support on review the Change Request with Business Analyst
Report to Head of App Departments – CRM.

Overall knowledge of CRM system (is a plus)
Exp. to enhance/configure system on SAAS (Software-As-A-Service)
Manipulate Database, Postman, SoapUI to check and test system
Analyzing skill for production issue
Understand of consumer lending product/process (core/non-core) would be advantage
Exp. As Senior guy, can help and lead member would be advantage
Exp. to propose/design the solution/system architecture would be advantage
