Job Description

Develop the Operational Risk Management (ORM) framework and enhance ORM awareness of all staffs at VPB FC
Participate on building, updating, revising Operational Risk Management Policies, Processes and Procedures according to current laws & regulations and Risk Management Framework of VPB FC.
Coordinate with related unit to perform OR assessment on new or revised products/ processes/ activities to ensure key ORs be identified and managed accordingly before launching;
Perform Operational Risk management communication activities such as: training, newsletters, workshop, etc…
Undertake other tasks assigned by managers.

University graduation, major: Finance, Banking, Audit
At least 2-year experience in designing process.
Prefer if having experience on Operational Risk Management, Banking, Financial Company
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Good communication skill
Excellent in writing, presentation
Good at English
