As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will be an integral part of our team, overseeing and enhancing the supply chain processes, with a focus on trucking services. Your responsibilities will include managing inquiries, following up on process steps, and converting customers, ensuring the supply chain operates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct inquiries for trucking services, negotiate with suppliers to secure the best quotes.
2. Monitor and follow up on supply chain processes to ensure the timely and safe transportation of goods.
3. Coordinate resources to streamline supply chain operations and enhance efficiency.
4. Engage in customer relationship management to improve satisfaction and drive conversions.
5. Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement, reduce costs, and elevate service quality.
6. Address supply chain anomalies, communicate promptly, and resolve issues.
7. Conduct daily and weekly supply chain progress report.

Job Requirement

Qualifications:

1. Proficiency in the Chinese language is required, as well as the ability to communicate effectively in English to meet work demands.

2. Bachelor's degree or above is preferred. Background with Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field will be appreciated.

3. A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in the supply chain or logistics industry.

4. Candidates must be able to provide a resume in either English or Chinese when applying.
