Job Description

Job Summary:

As a TA Supervisor, you will lead the recruitment team to source and secure top talent across three core pillars: Supply Chain, International Freight Forwarding, and Express E-commerce. You will not only ensure the speed and quality of recruitment (ranging from corporate office roles to warehouse/field operations) but also actively drive employer branding strategies and optimize the candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Management & Execution (60%)

  • Workforce Planning: Partner with the HR Manager and Department Heads to identify hiring needs, forecasting monthly/quarterly/annual manpower demands, or scaling up for warehouse expansions and new delivery route launches.
  • Hands-on Recruitment: Directly headhunt and source for core, critical, or niche senior roles (e.g., Logistics Manager, Pricing Specialist, Customs Broker, Solutions Specialist, Warehouse Manager, etc.). Oversee and support the team in high-volume (Mass) recruitment for operational roles such as Pickers/Packers, Drivers, Couriers, and Docs/Ops Officers, ensuring strict adherence to hiring SLAs.
  • Team Leadership: Assign tasks, mentor, train, and evaluate the performance (KPIs) of subordinate TA Recruiters and Sourcers.

Sourcing Channels & Employer Branding (20%)

  • Channel Diversification: Explore and expand effective sourcing channels (LinkedIn, VietnamWorks, specialized Logistics forums/communities, and top universities/colleges specializing in Logistics & Supply Chain).
  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with the Marketing/Internal Communications team to execute talent attraction campaigns, Job Fairs, and on-site recruitment events at hubs and warehouses.

Reporting & Process Optimization (20%)

  • Manage recruitment data through the system, ensuring strict candidate data privacy.
  • Monitor, analyze, and prepare periodic reports on key HR metrics: Time-to-hire, Cost-per-hire, funnel conversion rates, and turnover rate during probation.
  • Propose continuous improvements for interview processes and competency assessment tests tailored specifically to the logistics industry.

Job Requirement

Experience & Education

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, International Business, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (TA), with at least 1 year in a senior, team lead, or supervisory role.
  • Industry Preference: Solid recruitment background within Logistics, Supply Chain, Freight Forwarding, or Express/E-logistics companies handling large-scale workforces is highly preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Deep Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the logistics/warehouse labor market; well-versed in industry terminology and job requirements (Incoterms, Tariff structures, Customs clearance, Bill of Lading, Cross-docking, etc.).
  • Advanced Sourcing Skills: Proficient in proactive sourcing and headhunting techniques to engage passive candidates via LinkedIn, Facebook, and other professional networks.
  • Leadership Capability: Strong track record in workload coordination, team motivation, and conflict resolution.
  • Language Proficiency: Good command of English to work directly with expat line managers or regional stakeholders (Fluency in Mandarin is a strong plus for the E-commerce sector).
