Job Description

Support maintenance and management of network infrastructure, servers, and SAP system.
Ensure stable operation of IT systems and equipment at main office and branches (HCM and Hanoi)
Install software and tools on the server, troubleshoot computer system and hardware security issues, and manage IT equipment.
Coordinate with suppliers for purchases, warranties, and inspections.
Work with IT outsources and Japanese Headquarter

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s degree
At least 2 years of working experience as IT admin/helpdesk
Having knowledge and experience of SAP
English: Intermediate or above (communicate with Japanese Manager and Headquarters)
Acceptance of business trips
