Job Description

Conduct orientation programs on sales processes; develop individual training plan; provide resources and support; plan to train new employees in a general direction.
Participate to develop high quality training programs for leaders.
Meet relevant stakeholders to explore further learning needs.
Develop new training materials and assessment tools for training evaluation.
Undertake other tasks assigned by line manager

Job Requirement

University/ College graduate with major in Finance- Banking, Economics and relevant areas.
At least 01 year working experience in relevant positions, preferably candidates in banking or financial institution
Training skills, logical thinking and good judgment.
Professionalism, confidence, ability to handle pressure/ conflict and ability to work well in a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
