Job Description
- Supervise warehouse staffs on daily warehouse tasks efficiently & properly.
- Close communication with customer service team, customers to achieve the maximum customer satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain warehouse management system (WMS), monitor in/out stock turnover & inventory level.
- Keep updates on in/out stock records, and ensure all records are accurate & up-to-date.
- Formulate warehouse policies, rules & regulations, standard operating procedures (SOP), and performance objectives.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations & work schedules.
- Workload planning & productivity improvement.
- Coach warehouse staffs & assess their performance.
- Proactively provide solutions to meet customer demands and provide quotations based on calculation.
- Ensure all Safety, Security, QHSE, sigma requirements in site are complied.
- Fulfill reporting, document requirements as required by management and customers.
- Other tasks assigned if any.
Communications
- Maintain/coordinate with all related stakeholders.
- Internal – products, warehouse staff, business units,
- External – Existing customers, potential customers.
