Evolution3 LAB SGN is a vertically integrated denim factory located in Long Phuoc Ward (formerly District 9). Founded in 2009, we are proud to be the manufacturing partner for European fashion brands that truly care about the origins and how their products are made.

At Evolution3, we are revolutionizing the denim industry by blending German precision with the craftsmanship of Vietnamese artisans. The result is denim collections that are not only stylish and high-quality but also sustainable.

Our name is a strong commitment:

• Evolution3: Represents the three dimensions we always hold in balance: Product, People, and Planet. Lose any one of them, and the other two cannot survive.
• LAB (Laboratory): Reflects our spirit of constantly experimenting with new methods, tools, materials, and processes.
• SGN: Honors our location and the rich textile heritage of Saigon.

Currently, Evolution3 has a dedicated team of 335 employees with a capacity of 600,000 units per year right in our own factory. We are honored to hold top prestigious certifications, including BSCI Grade A, Fair Wear Leader, and Living Wage (Anker methodology).

Our mission is to build a business that earns the right to last. We do not separate what we make from who makes it, or from the place it comes from. FOUNDER'S NOTE
 
"I never intended to own a factory
 
When I started Evolution, I wanted to build a company that would last. Not the biggest one, not the loudest one - one that would still be standing in twenty years, and still be worth standing for.
 
I called it Evolution3 to make a promise to myself: that everything we did would hold three dimensions together - Product, People, Planet. Lose any one of them, and the other two cannot survive. The first idea was a creative agency, sitting in Saigon and connecting European brands with the right suppliers in Vietnam. Design-driven, ethics-first. It did not pick up. I had to rethink. What followed was a hell of a journey. Three people in one room. Then a small sample atelier. In 2016, we moved into the factoryloft we still call home today - EVOLUTION LAB SGN.
 
Today, 335 people work there. And we still feel - every day - like we are exploring new territory."
