Position:  R&D Engineer Staff - Trading

- Monthly Salary: 20,000,000～30,000,000VND

Responsibility

This position belongs to the R&D - Engineering Department.
1. Supplier & Project Management 
• Manage suppliers for existing outsourced machined parts business (project control, 
delivery management, continuous improvement activities). 
• Coordinate technical matters with overseas group companies and subcontracted manufacturers 
2. Technical Support for Sales & FA Projects 
• Provide technical support for Factory Automation (FA) projects (concept planning, 
specification review, customer technical discussions) 
• Review and validate design contents; assess technical feasibility and manage technical risks. 
3. New Business & Supplier Development 
• Identify and visit potential manufacturers for new product development. 
• Align and finalize technical specifications and requirements with partners. 
4.  R&D and Product Development Support 
• Support prototype evaluation, technical validation, and improvement proposals. 
• Participate in technical problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

・Education: Graduated from college/university - majoring in mechanical/mechatronics or equivalent 
・Age: Any
・Gender: Any
・Language: English Business Level (for email and online meetings)
・Experience/ Skills:
- Ability to read and accurately interpret mechanical drawings. 
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues and take initiative  
- Good coordination and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.

・Experience using CAD software to create or modify drawings. 
・Practical experience related to machined parts or mechanical drawings. 
・Experience in Factory Automation (FA) projects (equipment design, setup, commissioning). 
・Experience in technical discussions or negotiations with overseas offices or suppliers.
