RGF's Client - a local company in the smart security solutions industry - is looking for a Tech Support Engineer to provide technical support for smart door lock solutions, conduct technical training, support pre-sales activities, troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues, and assist with system design and installation.

• Working Location: Sai Gon Ward, HCMC
• Monthly Salary: 20M ~ 25M VND Gross

Job Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for business partners, end-users, and colleagues regarding network, software, and hardware inquiries.
• Collaborate with the team to organize and conduct technical training sessions, ensuring partners possess the necessary expertise in company's solutions.
• Test and evaluate hardware components returned via the RMA process, ensuring professional technical assessment and follow-up.
• Provide technical consultancy during the pre-sales phase, analyzing tender requirements to ensure company's solutions align with project needs.
• Create and review technical drawings using AutoCAD to design system architectures, ensuring precise installation and integration.
• Act as a consultant to troubleshoot complex installations, ensuring seamless system operation for every client

- Education: College diploma or Bachelor's degree in an engineering-related field (Software, Mechanical Engineering, or Electronics).
- Language: English - Business Proficiency Level.
- Experience: Over 3 years of practical experience in technical support or field engineer positions, with the following requirements:

• Industry knowledge: Understanding of physical security, smart hotels (GRMS, IPTV), and ELV systems (CCTV, Network, PA, BMS/VMS).
• Proficient in quantity take-off (BOQ) and CAD drawings.
• Good knowledge of door hardware, network infrastructure, and databases.
