RGF's Client - a Korean company manufacturing and processing various plastic components - is looking for an Import - Export Leader to responsible for scrap sales, destruction processes, customs procedures, import-export operations, settlement reports, and logistics cost control for export processing enterprises.

• Working Location: Phuong Lieu Ward, Bac Ninh
• Monthly Salary: 20,000,000 ~ 30,000,000 VND (Gross/ Negotiable)
• Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the scrap sales process for export processing enterprises.
  • Receive scrap information from the warehouse department, create invoices and packing lists, and submit them to the environmental company for export declaration.
  • Monitor the process of transferring scrap to the environmental company to ensure legal compliance.
  • Responsible for the destruction process of raw materials, supplies, machinery, equipment, finished goods, and semi-finished goods.
  • Receive the list of raw materials, supplies, machinery, equipment, finished goods, and semi-finished goods from relevant departments.
  • Check and verify the accuracy of the list of goods to be destroyed.
  • Reconcile with settlement reports and review the list of goods to be destroyed.
  • Calculate actual norms; check and review annual settlement reports and liquidation reports from the service company.
  • Calculate actual norms monthly and send them to the service company for inventory import-export checks.
  • Calculate actual norms annually, check, and review settlement reports and liquidation reports from the service company.
  • Declare settlement reports and norms on the Ecuss system.
  • Handle issues arising from import and export.
  • Control logistics costs and create weekly and monthly cost reports.
  • Update changes in regulations and customs procedures as they arise.

Necessary Skills / Experience:

• Education background: College degree or higher, major in Logistics/ Import-Export/ Business Administration,...
• Language: English - Business Level
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience as an Import-Export Team Leader or higher.

Preferable Experience:

• Experience in the electronics industry
