133885 - Import & Export Staff - Manufacturing

RGF's client- a Japanese company specializing in manufacturing and processing labels and decals  - is looking for an Import & Export Staff to efficiently manage all import and export documentation, customs procedures, cost reporting, and compliance for a manufacturing company specializing in printed products. 

• Working Location: Hai Phong City (formerly located in Cam Giang District, Hai Duong Province)
• Monthly Salary: Negotiable 
• Job Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and process export documentation
  • Execute customs declaration and customs clearance for import and export goods
  • Issue invoices and warehouse receipts (bonded warehouse/internal warehouse)
  • Handle procedures for applying for Certificate of Origin (C/O)
  • Prepare monthly revenue reports
  • Execute procedures for scrapping defective products and faulty goods (NG) for export processing enterprises
  • Monitor, extend, and manage temporary import and re-export records (mold borrowing)
  • Execute machinery liquidation and change of purpose of use
  • Reconcile and finalize debit service charges for cargo handling with forwarders
  • Summarize monthly customs costs and execute customs fee payments
  • Send export document sets to customers
  • Build norms and prepare annual customs settlement reports

Necessary Skill / Experience:

• Education Background: College or University degree in related majors
• Language Skill: English - Conversational Level
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the import and export field
• Good office computer skills: Word, Excel,....
• Agile, dynamic, able to work under pressure
• Willingness to commit long-term to the company
• Honest, cooperative, passionate about machinery

Preferable Skill/ Experience:

• Experience working in a manufacturing factory/mechanical equipment environment
• Leadership experience
• Japanese language ability
