134014 - Mechanical Engineer - CAD/ CAE Solutions

RGF's Client - a Japanese company in the engineering industry - is looking for a Mechanical Engineer - CAD/CAE Solutions to design mechanical equipment for industrial plants, prepare 2D/3D CAD drawings, perform equipment interference checks, review vendor documents, and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve technical issues.

• Working Location: Tan Dinh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
• Monthly Salary: Negotiable (Gross Salary)

Job Responsibilities

• Execute mechanical engineering for equipment in EfW Plant or Industrial Plant. The equipment is such as SCR(Selective Catalytic Reduction), Tank, Pressure Vessels, Duct, Duct accessories, Hopper, Conveyor, Steel structure and and Maintenance platform.
• Execute basic design of the equipment. Basic design is to prepare equipment Layout (including planning drawing, duct routing) and calculate strength, Technical data sheet, Purchase specification, BQ list.
• Execute detail design of the equipment. Detail design is to prepare detail drawing for fabrication by 2D and 3D CAD
• Review Vendor information (drawing, specification, procedure, etc.) 
• Perform equipment interference checks using 3D models. Coordinate with related departments within the company to resolve identified interferences
• Check 2D steel structure drawings and maintenance platform drawings and perform equipment interference checks. Coordinate with related departments within the company to resolve identified interferences.
• Review and address technical comments from equipment fabrication vendors and installation contractors, and coordinate with relevant departments within the company to investigate and resolve issues arising during fabrication, installation, and site execution.

Necessary Skills / Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Language: English - Business Level
- Experience:

At least 5 years of experience in detailed equipment design and plant engineering design, including:

• Basic knowledge of Strength of Materials, Fluid Mechanics, Mechanical Dynamics, and Thermodynamics.
• Proficiency in 2D CAD (AutoCAD), including the ability to read engineering drawings and understand drafting symbols such as welding symbols.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD (Inventor).

Other experience in: 

• Review and address technical issues and comments from vendors and installation contractors
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues during fabrication, installation, and site execution.

- Preferred Skills: Experience in SCR(Selective Catalytic Reduction), Duct accessories, or Steel structure and Maintenance platform.
