134540 - Sales Engineer (For HCM) - Machinery

RGF's Client - a Japanese company in the machinery industry - is looking for a Sales Engineer to propose and sell machinery, automation, and measurement solutions to manufacturing customers, while developing new customers and following up on equipment projects.

• Working Location: Hiep Binh Phuoc Ward, Thu Duc City
• Monthly Salary: 30M ~ 40M VND Gross

Responsibilities:

• Propose and sell machine tools, industrial machinery, FA equipment, robots, automation equipment, and measuring instruments
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and develop new customers/projects
• Understand customers’ production processes, machining methods, and equipment needs, and propose suitable solutions
• Collaborate with technical staff and manufacturers on equipment specifications, installation, and implementation
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and site visits
• Follow up after equipment delivery and handle inquiries regarding maintenance, repairs, and parts replacement
• Collect information on market trends, competitors, and customers’ equipment investment plans
• Report to the line manager

• Experience in the machine tool industry, machining (machining center or lathe), or machine sales
• Able to read part drawings and understand machining processes/methods
• Experience using CAM
• Able to speak English or Japanese
• No motion sickness
• Sales and new client development experience is preferable
