134971 - Sales Staff - Machinery Trading

RGF's Client - Japanese trading company specializing in the import and sale of machinery - is looking for a Sales Staff to promote and sell industrial machinery and production equipment to flexible packaging manufacturers and food processing companies in Vietnam by leveraging industry experience and coordinating with Japan headquarters and overseas partners.

• Working Location: Xuan Hoa Ward, HCMC
• Monthly Salary: ~26M VND (Gross)
• Job Responsibilities:

1. B2B Sales of Industrial Machinery and Production Equipment

• Conduct B2B sales activities, mainly targeting local Vietnamese manufacturers
• Promote and sell flexible packaging machinery, such as printing machines, laminating machines, slitters, and bag-making machines, to flexible packaging converters
• Promote and sell food processing machinery, particularly for bakery and confectionery manufacturers
• Understand customers' production processes and equipment requirements, and propose suitable machinery solutions
• Handle sales of related materials and raw ingredients when necessary

2. Coordination with Customers and Overseas Manufacturers

• Communicate with the Japan headquarters and overseas partner manufacturers regarding product specifications, technical information, and delivery schedules
• Understand machinery production and shipping lead times, and coordinate delivery schedules with customers
• Support the scheduling of engineers for machinery installation and overhaul work at customers' factories
• Provide communication and interpretation support between overseas manufacturers and customers when required

3. Exhibitions and Customer Support

• Participate in packaging and food processing industry exhibitions in Vietnam to promote machinery and develop business opportunities
• Accompany customers to exhibitions and partner manufacturers' factories in Japan when necessary
• Support customer visits, machinery demonstrations, and product presentations
• Travel domestically and internationally for business purposes as required

4. Other Responsibilities

• Update and improve the company website and product information to support sales activities
• Perform other sales-related duties as assigned

Necessary Skill / Experience:

• Education Background: Bachelor's degree
• Language Skill: English - Business Level with proficiency for communication with Japan headquarters and overseas manufacturers, including interpretation when required
• Experience: 
  • Working experience in the flexible packaging industry
  • B2B sales experience in production machinery or industrial machinery
  • Strong technical knowledge of machinery and equipment, with the ability to explain and propose technical products to customers
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally

Preferable Skill/ Experience:

• Sales experience in flexible packaging machinery, such as printing machines, laminating machines, slitters, or bag-making machines
• Educational background in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other technical fields
• Knowledge or experience in import/export operations involving machinery and equipment
• Understanding of international shipping lead times and machinery delivery schedule coordination
• Knowledge or sales experience in food processing machinery
