I. Job summary:
Mange the GL accounts to ensure that the transactions during period are on time and complied with VAS, Company’s policy and prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and annual tax reports.
II. Job accountabilities:
- Prepare tax reports requested monthly, quarterly & yearly (CIT, VAT, PIT, WHT, patent tax...) and make their payments.
- Prepare necessary paperwork sending tax authorities, reconcile tax debts, and analyze tax accounts.
- Control General Ledger expenses (GL Account) including IT, R&M, licenses… as well as check variance & resolve all arising.
- Amortize and breakdown GL of allocation.
- Prepare the VAS reports and tax declarations for company.
- Other ad-hoc tasks are assigned based on management requirements.
