AI Engineer

We are looking for a hands-on AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy practical AI solutions for manufacturing and enterprise operations.

The role will participate in AI initiatives across:

• Computer Vision

• Generative AI

• AI Workflow Automation

• Document Intelligence

• Enterprise AI Copilots

• AI Agent Applications

The ideal candidate should be comfortable moving beyond model training and be able to build end-to-end AI solutions from prototype to production.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Generative AI & Enterprise AI:

• Develop AI-powered applications using LLMs and Generative AI technologies.

• Build chatbot, copilot, and AI assistant solutions for internal business users.

• Design and implement RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) systems.

• Integrate AI systems with enterprise data sources and business workflows.

• Develop AI agents and workflow automation solutions.

B. Document AI & Knowledge Systems:

• Build solutions for document understanding and information extraction.

• Implement OCR pipelines for scanned documents and forms.

• Design document indexing, retrieval, and search systems.

• Develop knowledge bases using vector databases and semantic search.

C. Computer Vision:

• Develop Computer Vision solutions for manufacturing and operational use cases.

• Train, fine-tune, and deploy CV models.

D. Backend & Integration:

• Build APIs and AI services using Python.

• Integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise applications.

• Develop data pipelines and processing workflows.

• Support deployment and monitoring of AI services.

E. AI Operations:

• Evaluate model performance and solution quality.

• Monitor AI systems in production.

• Improve reliability, latency, and cost efficiency.

• Maintain documentation and technical knowledge.

1. Experience:

• 2–3 years experience in AI/ML Engineering

• Experience delivering AI solutions beyond experimentation.

• Experience building production AI applications is preferred.
