Job Description:
- Manage End User Computing (EUC) services, including the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, peripherals, operating systems, and enterprise applications. Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests, administer user accounts and access rights throughout the employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfer, and offboarding), and act as the primary local contact for EUC activities with Group IT.
- Drive IT infrastructure initiatives by leading the planning, deployment, and support of office setup, relocation, and expansion projects. Ensure all infrastructure, network, communication, and security solutions comply with Group IT standards, governance requirements, and business objectives while maintaining stable and secure IT operations.
- Manage IT procurement and asset lifecycle activities, including sourcing, purchasing, inventory management, vendor coordination, product delivery, and asset tracking to ensure cost-effective and timely provision of IT resources.
- Support Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) initiatives, including infrastructure readiness, backup monitoring, recovery testing, and the implementation of measures to strengthen business resilience.
