Business Development Manager

• Identify new clients, partners, and project opportunities.
• Build relationships with project owners, developers, and decision-makers.
• Understand client needs and present suitable construction and interior solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Negotiate commercial terms within approved authority and close contracts.
• Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and follow-ups to achieve targets.
• Ensure complete handover to project teams and develop repeat business.

• 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in construction, interior fit-out, furniture, or building materials.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Confident presenting to project owners and senior decision-makers.
• Professional appearance and business etiquette.
• Fluent in English; Chinese is an advantage.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and sales tracking tools.
• Proactive, accountable, and consistent in follow-up; willing to travel.
