CFA Trainee

BROAD FUNCTION | TRÁCH NHIỆM CHUNG

• Learn and support the CFA team in conducting garment quality inspections to ensure products comply with buyer requirements and company quality standards.
• Assist in sample checking, inline inspection, final inspection, and quality-related documentation under the guidance of the CFA Assistant Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES | TRÁCH NHIỆM CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC

• Learn and assist in checking garment samples (TOP, PP, Size Set, etc.) according to buyer requirements.
• Support Inline and Final Inspection activities under the supervision of senior CFA members.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining inspection reports and quality records.
• Learn inspection standards and quality requirements for different buyers.
• Participate in Pre-Production Meetings (PPR) when assigned.
• Support verification of sewing, pressing, folding, and packing processes to ensure compliance with approved standards.
• Assist in collecting and organizing testing reports, trim cards, and related quality documents.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to obtain approved materials and documents required for inspections.
• Assist during buyer visits, third-party inspections, and factory audits when required.
• Learn to identify garment defects and report quality concerns to supervisors.
• Follow company quality procedures, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Participate in internal quality and technical training programs.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety in the workplace.
• Perform 6S activities before and after work.
• Properly use company-issued tools, equipment, and PPE.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS | YÊU CẦU CỦA CÔNG VIỆC

Professional experience:

• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Experience in garment manufacturing or quality inspection is an advantage but not required.
• Basic knowledge of garment construction or sewing is preferred.
