Chief Accountant/General Accountant (Manufacturing, Working at Vinh Phuc)

1. Chief Accountant (Manufacturing):

• Oversee all financial and accounting activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor financial performance and provide insights to support business decision-making.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
• Identify, assess, and manage financial risks while ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulations.
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on financial and business matters.
• Manage and ensure transparent, compliant accounting operations in accordance with local regulations and accounting standards.
• Supervise tax accounting, accounts receivable/payable, fixed assets, and general ledger activities.
• Coordinate audits and maintain strong relationships with external auditors and authorities

2. General Accountant (Manufacturing)

• Handle accounting entries, monthly closing, and financial reporting
• Manage inventory valuation, costing, AP, tax, and receivables/payables
• Prepare PIT reports and support payroll accounting
• Issue and check invoices and accounting transactions
• Prepare files and documents for internal/external audits
• Support inventory checking with related departments
• Prepare reports for HQ and banks (SBV reports)
• Update accounting data in ERP system and ensure accuracy
• Support and train new accounting staff when required

• Male/Female, 25–45 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Chief Accountant/General Accountant in FDI manufacturing companies
• Good English communication skills (mandatory)
• Proficient in Excel and ERP accounting systems (preferably Uni ERP)
• Strong knowledge of closing, inventory, audit, tax, costing, and accounting operations
• Familiar with legal compliance accounting (single accounting book system)
