About the Role
We are looking for a Compliance Officer to support the company in maintaining compliance requirements and preparing for customer audits.
As a security services provider, we work with a wide range of clients, particularly manufacturing and factory clients. This role will focus on maintaining compliance-related documents and records, coordinating with internal departments, and supporting the company in staying prepared for customer audits.
The ideal candidate has experience in Compliance, QA, ISO, Audit, Document Control, or a similar role. Candidates with experience in a manufacturing/factory environment are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Support the review and understanding of customer compliance requirements and audit checklists.
Prepare, organize, and maintain documents and records required for customer audits.
Coordinate with relevant departments to collect and verify supporting documents.
Support the team in identifying missing or incomplete documents and follow up with relevant departments.
Maintain proper filing and document control to ensure records are complete, accurate, and up to date.
Support the company in maintaining audit readiness for customer audits.
Assist in tracking audit findings, follow-up actions, and Corrective Action Plans (CAPs).
Support the preparation of checklists, trackers, reports, and other compliance-related documents.
Keep updated on relevant requirements related to ISO, SMETA, RBP/RBA, and customer-specific standards.
Provide administrative and coordination support for compliance and audit-related activities.
Perform other related tasks assigned by the manager.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Industrial Management, Human Resources, Law, Environmental Management, or a related field.
2–5 years of relevant experience in Compliance, QA/QC, ISO, Audit, Document Control, or a similar role.
Experience in a manufacturing/factory environment is highly preferred, especially in QA, Compliance, ISO, Internal Audit, or Document Control.
Experience preparing documents and records for customer audits is an advantage.
Basic understanding of compliance requirements, audit processes, and document management.
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMETA, RBP/RBA, or similar standards is an advantage.
Good English reading and writing skills, especially for compliance and audit-related documents.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
