● Source, develop, and maintain crew manpower resources for the company’s offshore service vessel operations.
● Handle crew recruitment and all HR-related matters for seafarers.
● Plan, arrange, and coordinate crew rotation schedules to ensure sufficient manpower and uninterrupted vessel operations.
● Manage seafarer medical check-ups in compliance with maritime regulations and process related payments and reimbursements.
● Monitor and manage seafarers’ certificates and licenses to ensure compliance with STCW 78/95 Convention and other legal requirements for international maritime operations.
● Handle issuance, renewal, and extension procedures for Panama flag certificates and other nationality flags.
● Organise crew training programs in accordance with company policies, client requirements, operational needs, and legal regulations.
● Review attendance records and monthly payroll for seafarers and coordinate with C&B/Payroll teams for timely salary payments.
● Draft, manage, and execute labour contracts in compliance with MLC standards.
● Update and maintain crew information on the Vietnam Maritime Administration online system.
● Coordinate with internal departments, captains, clients, and authorities to ensure effective and compliant crew management.
● Provide crew information to support company tender activities.
● Manage crew resources and coordinate rotational assignments for vessels and offshore projects in compliance with MLC, STCW, and client requirements.
● Bachelor’s degree from Maritime University, University of Transport, or related fields.
● Experience in crew coordination, crew recruitment, crew leasing, or equivalent positions.
● Good understanding of maritime regulations related to crew management and offshore vessel operations.
● Good English communication and reading comprehension skills.
● Ability to work independently and willingness to travel when required.
● Preference for candidates with experience working on offshore service vessels or in crew recruitment roles within shipping companies.
