      Mô tả Công việc

      • Issue and follow up Trial Sample / Sample Orders, ensuring the required quantity, quality, lead time and ETD; provide timely updates to customers.
      • Coordinate sample delivery to ensure on-time shipment and customer satisfaction, while optimizing shipment costs where possible.
      • Maintain and update sample status, approval records and KPI reports, including Pending, Approved, Rejected/Drop samples and internal sample mistake records.
      • Manage sample inventory and sample archives, including stock utilization for future sample orders or bulk-order shortages.
      • Maintain sample standards and references, including fonts, logos, films, Pantone/color standards and yarn color consistency.
      • Support Developers and customers, prepare sample catalogues and monthly Charge/FOC reports, and perform other related tasks assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
