Demand Planner

I.       JOB BRIEF:

Demand will be on the full spectrum analysis on all procurement and inventory, offering solutions in order to effectively establish a strong inventory and procurement processes.

II.     JOB RELATION:

1.   Direct superior: Head of Category and Product Strategy

2.   Major internal communication: All departments.

3.   Major external communications: Manufacturer

III.   DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:

-    Top-down and bottom-up realistic initial planning for department.

-    Buying planning: budget, pricing

-    Control stocks management processes, launching alignment, distribution, restock, replenishment, consolidation by area and channels and country level. Ensure a healthy stock situation by managing its productivity, seasonality, aging, etc.

-   Review inventory reporting sell-through, end of season analysis, buying accuracy to optimization markets merchandise matrix.

-    Work closely with Category team about department strategy such as pricing, product development, launching schedule, repeat orders.

-    Cooperating with logistics department to have an efficient supply chain, shipment tracking, goods receiving, and coordinating shipment error claims.

-    Creation of reports to review sales performance and identify areas of relevance, gaps, and solutions.

-    Performs other ad-hoc projects when required by Supply Chain Manager

IV.   Requirements of the role:

-       Preferably 02 years’ experience in demand Planner or Inventory Management or related fields.

-       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

-       Proficient in Excel, BI is a plus

-       Analytical with a head for numbers and attention to detail.

-       Business savvy with excellent planning and organization skills to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

-       Interest in Fashion.

Address: 188bis Tran Quang Khai Street, Tan Dinh Ward, District 1.

Upcoming relocation: At the end of 2026, the office will be relocated to 183C Nguyen Van Dau Street, Binh Loi Trung Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday morning
(Saturday working hours can be arranged flexibly.)
