Digital Transformation Program Manager

Role Purpose

- Manage C-Hawk's global automation and AI portfolio, converting enterprise priorities into adopted solutions with measurable and sustainable business results.

* Key Responsibilities

- Maintain the global portfolio, use-case funnel, business cases, stage gates, integrated roadmap, resource plan, and executive reporting.

- Partner with process owners to baseline KPIs, define requirements, prioritize value, and establish acceptance and benefit criteria.

- Coordinate global squads through discovery, design, pilot, validation, cutover, stabilization, and cross-site replication.

- Manage dependencies, risks, decisions, vendors, cybersecurity/governance reviews, and recovery actions across the portfolio.

- Lead stakeholder communication, training, SOP changes, adoption, hypercare, and process-owner handover for each deployment.

- Track adoption and Finance-validated benefits; stop, pivot, or scale initiatives based on value, data readiness, and user uptake.

- Other tasks are assigned by line manager

* What Success Looks Like

- Year 1: ≥4 scaled use cases with signed acceptance; ≥90% milestone adherence; ≥80% target-user adoption; Finance-validated portfolio benefits.

Qualifications & Experience

- Degree in Engineering, Operations, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.

- 5–8 years of experience managing manufacturing transformation, automation, AI/digital, or operational excellence programs.

- Strong experience in portfolio governance, business-case development, stage-gate delivery, change management, and benefit realization.

- Ability to translate effectively between frontline users, technical specialists, and executives; Vietnamese and English communication skills required.

- Experience leading matrix teams; able to travel to C-Hawk sites for alignment, deployment, and stabilization support.
