Documentation Engineer

Responsible for maintaining, updating, reviewing, and releasing product documentation and related data, including Bills of Materials (BOMs), picking documents, labels, and product specifications. The position supports engineering and cross-functional teams by ensuring documentation is accurate, complete, and available to meet manufacturing and customer requirements:

• Create, update, and maintain BOMs and product-related data.
• Support documentation activities in SAP S/4HANA.
• Update and maintain documentation related to engineering changes.
• Review engineering drawings and verify BOM/material information.
• Create, review, and release picking documents.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and other departments regarding documentation updates.
• Ensure all technical documents are properly controlled, accurate, and up to date.

Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.

Knowledge Required: Good English communication skills. Knowledge of ERP/SAP and BOM processes is an advantage. Basic understanding of technical documentation and manufacturing environments. Detail-oriented and willing to learn.
