1.Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive support to the General Director, including managing an active schedule of appointments, composing and preparing correspondence, and coordinating complex meetings.
2.Strategic Project Management: Spearhead key strategic projects by establishing objectives, setting timelines, coordinating with different departments, tracking progress, and ensuring successful project execution.
3.Cross-functional Collaboration: Facilitate seamless communication and coordination between the General Director's office and other divisions. Work closely with team members across different levels, enabling effective decision-making processes.
4.Financial and Legal Understanding: Use financial acumen to assist in budgeting, financial planning, and analytics. Leverage legal knowledge to ensure all business activities are in compliance with the law.
5.Staff and Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a liaison between the General Director, staff, and stakeholders, facilitating open and effective communication.
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, Project Management, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in an Executive Assistant role, preferably in a multinational company.
3. Strong project management skills and financial acumen.
4. Legal knowledge pertaining to the fast-food industry would be an advantage
5. Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
6. Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization.
